Overlays for Hornby No. 1 open wagon and Hornby No. 1 chassis.
Introduction. Colourful, detailed, realistic looking coal wagons, once the domain of Peco Wonderful Wagons, Bachmann, and the finescale chaps, can now be on your layout. Why wait for the "big boys" to produce coal wagons (at £30+ each?) when you can add variety now to your Hornby trains, or make up complete coal trains.
The overlays are printed on Photo Paper, and are designed with no corner joints.
The H=25 overlays are designed to fit over the body of an open wagon. They take only minutes to fit.
The H=28, 30 and 30x overlays are best fitted to a plasticard body fitted on a bare wagon chassis.
The H=30x overlays have added depth side rail details - often where the "Tare" and "Load" are shown - so look even more like the real thing. These need a chassis with raised sides.
Instructions will be supplied.
